Biopsies
Biopsies for nonclinical research identify prognostic and predictive biomarkers, providing insight into mechanisms of a therapy response, while aiding development of novel therapies. Research biopsies can vary from low-risk procedures such as skin or bone marrow tissue to more invasive procedures involving intrathoracic tissue or multiple organ biopsies.
Our nonclinical biopsies are often skin biopsies, but may include multiple organ biopsies in NHPs (for liver, kidney or spleen via open or laparoscopic surgery).
